Dear Coach, Athlete & Parent

Competitive FootSpeed specializes in developing and increasing Game Speed in professional, collegiate and high school athletes and teams.

My patent pending speed program and product (MDSQ™) is the umbrella program for Competitive Foot Speed's total speed program. MDSQ™ was introduced and tested by the 2005 National Collegiate Football champions, the University of Texas. Since its development, parts of MDSQ™ have been used by several of USA Today's top high school football programs:

James F. Byrnes High School (Duncan, SC), ranked #1 in 2006 and 4 times consecutive SC 4A State Champions, and Independence High School Charlotte, NC, 7 times consecutive NC 4A High School State Football Champions. Other programs utilizing parts of the MDSQ™ system are Charlotte Latin School, Charlotte, NC, The 2005 NCISAA State Champions, Myers Park High School, Charlotte, NC, the 2005 NC 4A State Semi Finalist, West Charlotte High School, Charlotte, NC, the NC 4AA Football State Runners Up, West Mecklenburg, Charlotte, NC, the 2007 Mega 7 Conference Runners Up and Mt Pleasant High School, Concord, NC, The 2007 NC 2A State Semi Finalist and The Charlotte Observer 2007 high School football team of the year.

In August of 2007, I was invited as a guest speaker by Curtis Frye, (head Track & Field Coach of the University of South Carolina and the 2005 NCAA Champions) to speak at the 2007 South Carolina Collegiate and High School Coaches Association Meeting. During my presentation I presented Competitive Foot Speed's unique training regiment and spoke about the huge success the program has enjoyed on the professional level (evaluated by Coach Romeo Crennel, Cleveland Browns) collegiate level (Coach Mack Brown, University of Texas) and arena league and high school levels.

Competitive Foot Speed's unique training regiment is based on an integrated speed system. This synergistic effect results in an increase in Competitive Foot Speed.
